Zabeel is a UK-based software company with local support offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, UAE.
OQOOL, Developed by Zabeel, offers an innovative platform featuring three core products: a global hiring system, a comprehensive HR management platform, and a unique employee upskilling and talent exchange service called Mahara. Together, these solutions streamline recruitment, expat employee management, and cross-border skill development for businesses operating in the UAE and beyond.

Our Story ...

Zabeel began as a small cross-border recruitment agency in the UK, working closely with private offices, family-run businesses, and SMEs across the UAE. What started as a mission to connect elite talent with trusted employers soon grew into something much greater. We recognised a powerful opportunity, and Zabeel naturally evolved to meet it.


Today, we are a UK-based software company with local support offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Our mission remains rooted in our beginnings: to connect  exceptional international talent to businesses and create real pathways for skill-building, cultural exchange, and shared success.


From humble recruitment beginnings to an innovation-driven talent platform, Zabeel continues to bridge continents, empower people, and help shape a brighter future by bringing great minds and great opportunities together.
