We also provide HR management and PRO Services.

Oqool provides Skill transfer and HR management services as well as talent acquisition and recruitment services for local businesses, SME's, family and private offices in the Gulf countries.
Our mission is finding the minds and creating a brighter future for the businesses in the Gulf, by facilitating access and presence for International talent in Arab countries by using an innovative platform.
