Powered by Zabeel UK Limited, Oqool offers an innovative platform that streamlines both global hiring from the UK and in-country recruitment for businesses operating in the UAE. We also provide HR management and PRO Services.

Our Story ...

Oqool provides Skill transfer and HR management services as well as talent acquisition and recruitment services for local businesses, family and private offices (known as Sheikh offices) in the Gulf countries.


Our mission is finding the minds and creating a brighter future for the businesses in Middle East by facilitating access and presence for International talent in Arab countries, by using an innovative platform.


We aim to leverage our strong connections in both the UK and the Arab world to best serve both of these clients.
