How do I set up a custom workday for each employee?

You can set up a custom workday by going to the employee’s profile page, opening the Work Schedule settings, and adjusting their start time, end time, and weekly working days. The system will automatically apply these rules to attendance and payroll.
Can I create a unique leave policy for individual employees?

Yes. Go to the employee’s record, open Leave Settings, and set their custom leave entitlements such as annual, sick, or unpaid leave. The system will update balances automatically.
How do I process payroll at the end of the month?

Navigate to the Payroll tab, choose your payroll cycle, and the system will calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, and overtime. You can then generate a WPS-ready file for submission.
Can I get a full refund?

How do I track attendance without biometric hardware?

Employees can clock in and out directly through the platform on desktop or mobile. If you already have biometric devices, the system can integrate with most third-party hardware.
Can I generate reports for accounting and expenses?

Yes. Under the Accounting tab, you can generate detailed reports for expenses, reimbursements, and payroll. These can also be exported to share with your third-party accounting partners
How do I access Mahara Services for upskilling?

You can order Mahara Services directly through the platform by visiting the Premium Add-ons page. From there, you can choose between in-person UK expert training exchanges or remote online training sessions for your employees.
How does the Oqool AI Bot work?

The Oqool AI Bot assists with candidate sourcing, screening, and even conducting initial interview steps. It also supports HR teams by helping draft and review contracts, making the hiring and compliance process faster and more reliable.
