    Zabeel began in the UK, working closely with private offices, family-run businesses and SMEs across the UAE to understand their skills needs and the challenges of accessing international expertise.

    Through practical delivery, research and development, we built Mahara to simplify identifying skills gaps, structuring tailored programmes, coordinating delivery and managing compliance.

    Zabeel is a UK-based software company with a local support office in Dubai. Mahara sits at the heart of the OQOOL Platform, bringing cross-border upskilling, programme management and HR tools together.
